Peter Serafinowicz is an English actor and voice over guy. I knew him originally from Spaced but he has since been in a ton of cool things from Alan Partridge to Guardians of the Galaxy. One thing he does, just for a laugh, is to dub over Trump’s voice with a variety of his own.
